JAKE - Lost Boy, twins with Jack (always wearing same outfit and next to each other),

JACK - Lost Boy, twins with Jake (always wearing same outfit and next to each other)

ZACK - Lost Boy, shyest Lost Boy, shortest Lost Boy other than Milo, age (7-10) charter can be combined with Alfie for smaller cast

TINKER BELL - Fairy, friends with the Lost Boys, sparkles, height not specified, all lines can be replaced with bell noise, best friends with Peter, dislikes Wendy and Michael,

CAPTIN HOOK - Leader of the Pirates, missing left hand replaced with a hook, vengeful towards Lost Boys, friends with mermaids, only main charter taller than Peter, (can be played by older teen in all children's production, or older male 35+)

SMEE - Younger than Captain Hook, shortest Pirate, has a stutter, afraid of other Pirates and Peter,

OTHER PIRATES - All other pirates besides Smee and Captain Hook, leader is Captain Hook, make fun of Smee, must be between 4 (if pirates come back on stage after being taken off in final scene) and 15 total pirates who are mostly just in the background, any age,

MR. DARLING - Married to Mrs. Darling, father of Michael Darling and Wendy Darling,

MRS. DARLING - Married to Mr. Darling, mother of Michael Darling and Wendy Darling,

MICHAEL DARLING - Son of Mrs. and Mr. Darling, brother of Wendy Darling, likes Pirates at beginning, age 9-13

WENDY DARLING - Sister of Michael Darling, daughter of Mrs. and Mr. Darling, falls in love with Peter, likes mermaids at beginning, (13-16)

RANA - Leader of the mermaids, mermaid 'royalty', has killed thousands of people, working with Captain Hook, hates Peter Pan,

OTHER MERMAIDS - follow Rana, have killed many people with their songs, works with Captin Hook, hates Peter Pan,

THE CROCODILE - Ate Captain Hook's left hand, ticks like a clock, hates Captain Hook, likes Peter Pan
