"The first day of my new job." I said walking out of the doors to my apartment, I just moved into next week. You could tell the place was old, the now yellowing paint chipping off of the wall, the metal railing ,on the now molding wooden steps, was rusted. When I saw the brochure my parents got the place looked great, and they already payed for the first rent and moved my stuff in, but when I got there it was not quite what I expected. I walked out the front entry of the building and headed to my car. I aren't the richest person so I had not the best car, it was a Chevy with he back bumper falling off and the paint on the entire car was peeling and chipping away with rust. I walked to the left side of the car and turned the key, I unlocked the car with a notifying click and slid in the drivers seat. I pulled put of the drive way and sped away. My city isn't the best at driving, their actual really sucky drivers, honking, tailgating, speeding, anything you can imagine happens right here. I walked towards the building covered in mud and vines and plants of all sorts, was this the place? I clicked the button on my keys and locked my car, walking into the bulding, it was like a tardis. It was so much bigger and a whole lot nicer than the outside of the building. The couches had real leather and the arms were woven with silk fabrics while the tables were made of a fine red wood almost the color of oak, quite pinkish, lined with a braided metal frame. I walked up to the door, my heals clicking on the freshly polished marble tiles. The door swung open hitting me in the noise causing me to stumble backwards hitting my head on the table. A tall thin woman walked up and grabbed my hand tugging me up. "Walk it off bud." She said patting me on the back. "Thanks friend." I got up and wiped my face with my sleeve, a bit of blood stained my sleeve making the magenta shirt I was wearing turn a hot pink. My boss walked out, he was a tall thin man, taller than my friend, the one who hit me in the face, but he seemed diffrent. His hair was swept to one side and he stood so proudly, but why, I mean he runs his own mechanics business, but this proud vibe he was giving off was from something els...
