To complete the heartbeat as it comes.
It slows, then races to slow again.
Can a heart still beat once it's been broken?
Hers does not.
He broke her heart,
She needed him to love her,
For she forgot how to love herself.
She can't complete the heartbeat
It does not slow,
Nor race anymore.
Her heart stopped beating once it was broken again.
