The Beginning

Silas was a typical teenage boy. He was the school quarterback and all of the girls loved him. But the only girl he had his eyes on was Melanie. She was the hottest girl in school. Lucky for Silas, Melanie liked Silas too. Silas knew that Melanie liked him and Melanie knew that Silas liked her. Their friends pushed them towards each other at parties and dances. On Valentines day of Sophomore year, Silas finally asked Melanie out on a date and she said yes. That is when it all began. Silas and Melanie were the perfect couple. They went on dates to the movies, romantic dinners, and walks on the beach. Their friends would secretly follow them on their dates (unless it was at Silas' house.) One night Silas took Melanie to the beach for a midnight picnic surprise. They ate snacks and listened to the radio. Silas feed Melanie a chocolate-covered strawberry and then kissed her on the forehead. She swallowed her bite of strawberry and said, "Babe, you missed." Then she grabbed the buttons of his shirt and kissed him. He put his hands on her back and she ran her hands through his hair as they made out on the beach. Suddenly, their friends jumped out of the bushes by the parking lot of the beach and started running towards Melanie and Silas. The couple stopped making out as their friends were running towards them. Silas yelled, "Guys, go away. We are kinda in the middle of something." Then he wrapped his arms around Melanie and pulled her back into another make out session. Their friends stood in awe as they made out on the beach. They next day, Melanie and Silas were bothered all day about the kiss. After school, they hid in the storage room and started making out with each other as if the mops and buckets of cleaner was not sitting there in the room with them.
