Okay, so you might be asking, who are these characters? Well, it's a long story:
So in a couple of my classes, I have these kids named Ben and Marshall (who are good friends of mine). They sit next to each other, and say the most lovey dovey stuff to each other. So, I observed these events, and said to them that I would write a fanfic about them. They thought I was kidding at first, so they went back to what they were doing. I took mental notes of what they were saying, and by the next class, I had a page and a half of the first chapter done. Marshall saw that I was actually writing a fanfic about him and Ben, and criticized about how I said he was "smol". He never acted like he didn't like me writing the fanfic, and offered me to give him a copy of the book. I thought he was kidding at first, but then I realized, he wasn't kidding. So, here I am, writing a book about my supposedly straight friends.
