Prolouge

In a forest a small cat-like human was running, weaving through the trees. He tripped and then pulled himself behind a tree, breathing heavy. He had black ears and a strange black dripping eye with one white pupil, he had his paw clutching his shirt.
Then from inside the forest hollering and laughter exploded. A small pack of human-like wolves appeared from the trees
"come out max!" One laughed and took a step forward.
Max saw the wolves paw and sprinted away from the spot, only to be blocked by another wolf in the group.
"H-hey guys..." Max gave a fearful smile
"Heh... Look at his eye guys.... Here lets even it out" the wolves gave a laugh as one came up to max, then punched him in the eye.

The sun shown through a window of a house, dripping onto a young fox-like girl. She was brushing her fur gently then stopped as her doorbell rang. "My package!" She smiled and bolted up the stairs "Mom! It's here!" She opened the door to find a box. It read 'To: Nina' or at least that was the important part.
Nina pulled the package into the house then opened it up. Her mother smiled and pulled out her phone to take pictures.
Nina pulled out a small box and a binder (if you don't know what that is I can tell you in comments) she smiled happily at the binder then glanced at the box "wait.... Mom is this...?" Her mom was crying and nodded "c'mon, you need a hair cut" Nina smiled up at her mother and followed her happily. "... I like the name Jake..."
