Chapter 1: 2 Months Later

(Nick's POV)

'She's so cute,' I thought in my head, over and over again...

I walked into Judy's office. She was ruffling through the documents, looking for the next form to fill up, but she wasn't having much luck at finding it. Oh well, she wasn't the only one who didn't do their work meticulously and on time.

That was my job...

"Hey there! How is my favorite carrot-farming bunny doing today," I said jokingly, with a grin.

"Hey Nick," she said, as she looked up, and got out from her desk.

"Whatcha doing," I said as she walked closer to me.

"Nothing much. What about you?"

"Oh you know, the usual... Just staring at my favorite officer," I said, romantically.

She blushed. "Aww, Nick..."

She started to reach around my waist to give me a hug. I took her paws and warped them around me. We hugged for a good minute or so...

She said, "So, you wanna come over to my apartment, after we clock out, Nick?"

I responded playfully, "Haha! In your dreams..."

She punched me in the arm, just to mess with me, and I responded with a kiss on her forehead.

"I love you Carrots," I said to her, as I left the room, and shut the door behind me.

I walked down the hall, and I saw Clawhauser.

"What's up Nick? How have you been lately with Hopps?" Clawhauser asked, whilst waving.

I replied swiftly, saying, "She's been doing well... Just a bunny and a fox, just having fun being together is all..."

"That's good," Clawhauser said, with a mild grin. "Any news on the apartment?"

"No, not yet, but I will be sure to tell you when there is something." I told him.

"May I come over," He said, asking politely.

"Ooh, sorry Ben, not tonight... Judy and I are having some "alone time" tonight..." I replied, with a smug grin.

"Gotcha Nick... Catch ya later, gotta finish some papers back here." Clawhauser said, as he pointed behind him, and started walking down the hall.

I walked back down to Judy's office. When I opened the door, she was finishing up her last file.

"Ready to go, Nick," she said, excitedly, as we both walk towards the front of the room. "After you, my lady," I said, as I opened the door.

She blushed. "Thank you, Mister Wilde," she responded, with a grin.

"Bye Guys! Don't have too much fun, you two!" Clawhauser said, with an expressive grin.

We both waved back in assurance, and headed out to the Police Cruiser.

"So, do you remember how to drive this," I asked Judy. "Totally. Remember when I caught Flash that time," Judy turned and looked at me.

"Yeah, I do remember that. How you sped all the way to catch up to him?" I said, with an expression of love and anger. "I allowed it though, I guess," I said to her. "Well, we can't do that now, can we Carrots?"

"Well, maybe we could... Just one time Nick, please?" She asked indisputably.

"Carrots... Really? You want to?" I asked. "I guess... But just one time, ok?" I replied.

"Got it, Fuzzbutt..." She said, in a joking way.

"Now, let's head to your apartment, shall we?" I said.
