"Yes sweetie?"
"Please can you buy me this make up pallet?" I said with puppy dog eyes.
My mom looked at the computer screen.
"What ?! Y/n that's $60 ! NO" she shouted
"Fine , can I do baby sitting so I can earn my own money?☺️" I asked
My mom nodded.
2 hours later (your POV:)
I had put up about 15 posters up about my baby sitting. I charged $10 a dad which wasn't that bad if I say so myself😌 I got home and went on my phone waiting for a call. I sat there for about an hour when my phone started ringing. It was an unknown number.
Y-you m-the mom
Y-"Hello?" I said
M-"Hi , is this y/n?"
Y-"Yes who's this?"
M-"I'm Mrs rowland , I saw your posters about babysitting. I was wondering if you could look after my son for a week? I have 2 other sons but they will be out most of the time. We have a few spare rooms so you can stay at ours if that's okay?"
Y-"Sure , when do I start?" I said in a jolly mood
M-"Tomorrow , I will be leaving for a buisness trip at 9 am so if you could get here at 8:45 ish that would be great!"
She gave me her address and it was only round the corner. I told my mom and she was fine with it bc she was going on a trip to Paris with her boyfriend anyway so I would have had to stay with the 60 year old neighbours anyway .😅
Later on I packed for the week and I just put loads of random but nice clothes in a bag. I packed my make up etc and put it all in a bag. 😛
