Winter's POV
"Hey, Winter," my best friend, Lori said. We were in the hallways walking to history class. It was a Friday and it was last period.
For some reason Lori's mate isn't with her today but neither are half the students. Must be a pack meeting, I wonder why I didn't get called. I am one of the pack fighters. I just hope whatever the Alpha and Luna have planned that it won't ruin my weekend.
I didn't find my mate but I have been dreaming of the day when it happens. Lori found her mate, Xavier, I don't talk to him a lot but Lori and him are always together.
"Hey, Lori what's up?" I said smiling. I smile a lot it's like a hobby for me now. Not really but you get what I mean.
"How come your not at the meeting?" My smile turned into a frown.
"You did get mind linked that right?"
"No, why, did you?"
"Everybody in the pack did but the omegas, of course and the weak fighters. I got released early thought." I didn't tell her I was a fighter and I was never planning on it. She wanted to be a pack fighter when she was 14 so she could train and learn faster but she was over weight.
"Oh, I wait I did get it,". I lied, "um. Got to go, bye." I said and went off to the parking lot. I got in my car put my stuff down in the passages seat and put the keys in my white Jeep Cherokee. (A/N pic of Winter's car in the meta box.)
As I drove I went onto a dirt road and made it all the way to a small clearing. I parked the car and unlocked the truck and pulled out a white bikini. I love the color white.
I took off my clothes and sifted into a blonde werewolf. I put the bikini and other stuff I needed in my mouth.
I took off running to a small lake and I went in the cave near it to change into my bathing suit. I jumped right in and floated around and did laps. It was a great way to start a good weekend.
