So she is actually a piece of my main oc, Haylo, and when Haylo dies she takes over....
Weapons of choice:
Her 'magic stick', sword, whip, hands and teeth, etc.
Personality: playful, insane, comes off as scary...

Skin:Similiar to midnas....
Eyes: red or Amber
Teeth: Fangs
Her decorations...
The combined metal piece on her forehead is used to cover up an identical marking on her head.
The diamond on her chest is for two reasons. Her respect for Lord Ghirahim, Haylos companion at one point.... And to hide her dragon necklace which is secret.
Lastly her staff or Magic stick, is full off magic and power that could stop whole mobs of icy big poes is a few seconds...
