Chapter 1

Jen's pov

I walk into my house with McDonalds in my hand. I haven't eaten in a while which is weird but I was filming for mocking jay part 2.

We filmed the cave scene and I'm really upset that the movies are going to be over and my friendships with the cast won't be as strong as they are now.

I'm especially sad about my friendship with josh. I mean yeah of course we're going to be best friends still but we won't see each other that much.

I shake my head and stop thinking about the future. I just want to enjoy my time now.

I open up my McDonald's bag in the kitchen and see a note on the fridge. It's from nick. It says:

Dear Jen,
I went out with a few friends. Won't be home till later tonight.
               -nick

I sigh. Well I guess I'll be spending my night alone. Actually I should invite josh over.

I look through my contacts and hit Josh's name. After two rings he answers.

"Hey Jen" josh says through the phone
"Hey Joshy do u wanna come over nick is out so I'm all alone" I say to him. Damn I sound needy.
"I'll be over in 10 minutes Jenny" he says and hangs up. God I love him. Wait what?

I push the thought out of my head and put on my tv. I haven't watched 'keeping up with the Kardashians' in a while so I put it on until josh gets here.

After about 10 minutes of watching the show there's a knock at the door.

I stand up and open the door. I see josh standing there and I embrace him.

I know I just saw him an hour ago but I miss him.

He holds me just as tight as I hold him.

"Hey Jenny" josh says as he pull away.

"Thanks for coming over Joshy" I say as I shut the door behind him.

"So what should we do" I ask him. He gives me a look like I have ten heads.

"What?" I ask him laughing.

"Let's have a movie night, we haven't done that in so long" he says smiling widely.

"Yassss Joshy, what movie should we watch" I ask him.

He looks me straight in the eye and say that I can chose. I blush a little at him staring at me and I chose 21 jump street.

"I'm gonna go get changed into something more comfortable" I tell josh getting up and walking off.

I put on a muscle tee and sweat pants. I take my curly hair and put it into a pony tail. I take off my make up and walk back downstairs,  back to josh.

He turns fully around when he hears me coming down.

I look over at him and he's staring at me and his jaw dropped to the floor.

I blush slightly and smile like crazy.

"Better pick your jaw up from the floor" I tease him. He closes his mouth and blushes.

"Sorry Jen but ur so beautiful" he says smiling at me.

I smile and shake my head.

"I'm in sweat pants and I'm not even wearing any makeup." I tell him.

"You don't need makeup to look beautiful to me" he says. I'm probably blushing and my face probably looks like tomato but I still feel butterflies in my stomache.

"Thank you Joshy" I say and smirk at him

"Come on let's watch the movie" I say and sit on the couch with him.

We sit on the couch side by side. Our legs and arms are touching but I don't care.

After and about 20 minutes of the movie my phone buzzes.

I pick it up and look at it.

I got a text from Liam. He says:
Hey Jen, I'm really sorry to upset you but I saw nick at this bar and this is what I saw.
He send me a photo of some brunette and nick kissing.

I put my hand to my mouth and tears come falling out of my eyes. Their not slow tears, their basically sobs.

Josh must have noticed because he tightly hugs me. He keeps saying that whatever happened everything is going to be ok

After I collect myself from crying I show josh the picture.

He glances at it once and he looks like he wants to punch something.

"That bastard" josh basically yells. "He's a fucking jerk"

I rub his back and tell him I'm gonna be ok.

"Jen it's not ok, he's a fucking jerk. How dare he fucking cheat on you." He says. " Jen your the most beautiful person I've ever seen and you deserve so much better than that." He says quietly.

"Thank you Joshy" I say and tears slowly come falling down my face.

"I'm gonna break up with him" I tell josh.
He nods and I text nick telling him that we're done. He ends up texting back saying that he's happy we're broken up.

I run into my room, hot tears falling down my face. I hear footsteps behind me. Josh knocks on the door and slowly opens it.

Josh walks over to me and hugs me. He doesn't let do until I stop crying which was like 10 minutes.

"Thanks for being here josh" I say wiping my eyes "your a really great friend"

"Anything for you jen" he says
