It was a sunny day. The campus seemed warm and welcoming and lively with students playing pranks on each other because it was April Fool's day, the day everyone could spread hoaxes and play pranks and nobody should get mad.

Almost everyone seemed normal and happy but surprisingly, an Asian boy walked back and forth in front of the lockers, panicked. His messy hair, blue button-down and orange pants seemed to show how he was desperately rushing towards school. It's not like he was worried if he missed the classes. Instead of attending boring classes, he had decided to stay at home and watch SAO until he found a strange letter laying next to his glasses. The only reason why he was at school was that he needed to meet his friends who could solve the mystery together. As he saw the girl with bohemian skirt walking towards him, he felt somehow relieved.

"Zetty, I need to tell you something." He said to a hippie style girl who walked towards him with piles of books in a hand full.

"Okay, what's up?" Zetty seemed annoyed but she still listened to the boy with glasses.

"You need to believe me. I..." He was cut off by the girl.

"Why are you so trembling? Jiro, I have my elective class. Can't you be a bit more hurried up and say it already?"

"Look. I got a letter." Jiro said, looked right into Zetty's eyes.

"So? Wait, dude! Today's April Fool. It must be a prank." Zetty calmed him down.

"No. It's more like a threat, actually."

"What threat? Like give me cash or I will tell the whole school that you have Hentai books and cartoon hidden beneath your bed."

"It's Anime, not Cartoon. And I am not watching or reading those 18 plus anymore. Baka." Jiro knocked Zetty's head playfully.

"Don't call me fool in your native tongue. Jiro. So, the point is?" Zetty opened up her locker impatiently and a folded paper dropped.

"She came for us Zetty. I don't know how she could manage to write and send the letter to me. But, it's her handwriting and she said..." Zetty cut Jiro off.

"Prepare yourself, Nia's back." A letter fell off from Zetty's hand as she finished reading a single sentence from her letter.

"That's what I'm going to say." Jiro said, his eyes wide like an owl's. Jiro and Zetty unbelievingly looked at each other and stunned.

"But Jiro! We all know that she's now..." Not only Zetty but also almost everyone stopped talking and the hall way remained silent when the lights suddenly off.

A scream broke the thick air along the hall way. Jiro and Zetty were both familiar with the voice and they ran towards the scream though they couldn't see clearly during the electricity shortage. The scream was from the gym changing room and with a phone's flashlight, Jiro and Zetty made their way towards there.

"Aspen, are there?" Zetty called out loud. She knew Aspen was in the changing room as the 'Flirty' perfume scent, which Aspen would use whenever she had her 2 minutes-shower after her basketball training, was spread in the room.

"Aspen? We know you are here." Jiro said in a low voice, trembling.

"Sh..."

"What Jiro? Don't tell me to shut up." Zetty complained.

"You're the one who say sh..." Jiro replied.

"No, I'm not." Zetty said immediately.

A cold atmosphere of the gym changing room didn't make things any better. The floor was wet and goose bumps were starting to form on various body parts of Zetty and Jiro.

"Boo!" A light suddenly flashed as if someone took a picture in the dark and Jiro and Zetty screamed.

"Relax, it's me, Aspen. Don't you get my perfume? And no ghost will say 'boo' right into your faces." Aspen said calmly.

"Shoot! I almost pee! Aspen!" Jiro angrily shouted.

"You're such a bunny." Aspen teased Jiro.

"Let's just get out of here." Zetty suggested.

"Wait, I gonna get the ball. Please wait for a while." Aspen said, heading into the room again, leaving Jiro and Zetty at the front of the room. The lights were still off and Jiro didn't feel right about the place. A few seconds later, Aspen screamed.

"What again? Aspen? I'm tired of your jokes." Zetty said with a boring voice.

This time, she ran out of the room, holding the ball both with her hands, looking panicked, totally different from Aspen seconds before.

"Let's get out of here. Please. Please! She's here!" Aspen trembled and Zetty and Jiro dragged her and hurried away from the cold Gym changing room. The lights were back while they walked towards the lockers. Everyone gave a curious look to Aspen. Of course, she seemed to have no blood left on her face but she still looked good somehow with black cropped top printed 'Nerd' and white shorts and her bball, her long bleached pink hair was in a high pony tail.

"Aspen you feeling good?" Jiro asked her, padding her back.

"I'm okay. I... I just can't believe my eyes. Maybe I'm just seeing things. Like hallucination." Aspen touched her forehead with her right hand, the left hand was holding her ball.

"What did you see? Tell us." Zetty asked her worriedly.

"It's impossible you know. She can't be existed. It's almost already a year, right?" Aspen assured herself, looking at Jiro for affirmation.

But instead of Jiro's affirmation, Zetty spoke out. "Um, Aspen... What's that? I thought you hated writing anything on your basketball." The one who had no blood in her face is now Zetty.

"No, I didn't write anything. Let me see." Aspen said and rotated the ball and once she had read the note on the ball, she lost her grip on the ball. The ball fell onto the floor and bounced back but Aspen didn't even want to take to back. Zetty picked the ball up and read, "Prepare yourself. Nia is back. You will have the most fun, thief..."

"She has the extra sentence. But why thief? You stole something from her?" Jiro asked Aspen openly.

"Kai... Oh no. Gotta call Kai! Someone please call Kai!" Aspen suddenly searched her phone.

She knew what Nia meant. She knew exactly why she was called thief. She had stolen the most precious thing for Nia. It was not really a thing but a person. She stole Nia's crush or boyfriend or you could say Nia's last love. And she knew Kai wasn't safe anymore.

Nia is back and she is mad.

Aspen knew Nia couldn't breathe the same air as her anymore but she certainly saw her in the changing room, the exact same dress and her ginger side-braided hair which she wore on 1st April, 2015, last year.

The only thing which was different from last year was her facial expression; she smirked so hard as if she had planned their deaths.
