My Personal Romeo

"O Romeo, my Romeo!" I call out
Come to me and take me out
Make me feel your love tonight
Under the moon and stars so bright.

Lying together we hold each other tight
Against the bodies of each other's love and light,
You made me feel as if I was on cloud nine,
but everything changed that one heartbreaking night.

We stopped talking, our connection forgotten
Romeo, you told me that life was like nothing,
If your own personal Juliet was not by your side.
Our promise of forever, why must you not abide?

And now I am left longing for you,
Yearning for your touch and everything about you,
yet, my love, for when shall you return?
Day by day, my depression, it concerns.

I am sorry, my Romeo, for what I am to do,
But my life makes no sense without you,
Maybe in time again we shall meet,
In Paradise and Heaven, forever we'll be.
