Today Is Our Day

It was just an ordinary day for us. Lillian,Déjà,and I are best friends. Lillian is the quiet one,Déjà is the passionate one,and I am the helpful one. We took our last test of the semester. We were becoming seniors. They came over my house. We didn't have homework on that day. We layed in my bed and as the one question we as ourselves everyday

Are we going to have a good future?

I always thought that we could be free. We are not free. Our parents are over protective. Our home is over protective. I have an idea. We could go to Los Angeles. We can leave tonight. It was midnight. I packed my stuff ,climb out my window and drove to Déjà's house. I picked her up. I picked up Lillian too. We got some food a went on the road. It wasn't the end... It was the beginning of our lives. A new start. Today is our day. We felt free like nothing could've stop us. I felt like we controlled the world.
