[JUST SAYING MOST OF MY CHAPTERS (✇) WILL BE IN LOWERCASE]

this is a rather classic urban legend or scary story as much may say.

a young girl (let's call her sarah) was a baby sitter for a family in Newport Beach, CA. the family had a rather large house with a rather large amount of money. the parents head out for dinner leaving sarah with their two little children.

before sarah arrives the parents send the children to bed and tell sarah no wandering around the massive house. the parents take off and sarah sits in the television room, she can't help but notice the clown statue standing in the corner of the room. she does her best to ignore the statue. but soon enough she can't stand it any longer, she decides to call the children's father.

"hey the kids are still in bed, do you mind if i move the clown statue, it's really starting to freak me out a bit." she complained to the father.

with fear in the fathers voice he replied, "get the kids, go next door and call 911 right now." and with that Sarah runs upstairs waking the kids running to the neighbors house with no explanation.

"why am i going next door." she asks the father as they walk outside knocking on the neighbors door.

"we don't own a clown statue."
