Chapter 2

You sat up quickly, but stopped as you felt a throbbing pain in your head, and as a matter of fact, your whole body. You looked around unaware of where you were, your head snapped to a blurry male figure sitting in front of what seemed to be a T.V. "Nathan..!?" You managed to mumble. The teen snapped his attention to you as quick as possible. You were confused as to why he did this, he usually is never in your room nor does he pay attention to you. He ran up to you and hugged you as tight as his small body could, tears formed in his eyes and he started bawling like a baby. "Sis! You're ok! I stayed up for hours waiting for you to wake up! Ever since that guy came and brought you home, I saw you were injured but luckily he called an ambulance to come to the house and-" he was cut off by my slightly confused voice. "Nathan you're not making any sense, what exactly happened?" I picked up his head and looked him in the eye with a stern but puzzled look. "That Suga dude we saw on T.V. he came by a few hours ago to drop you off. The ambulance came along with him, you were in really bad condition, he said it was his fault for your incident." He sat down straight and looked away from me "He told me that some crazed fan pushed you as you were making your way through the crowd, Suga said he didn't see much of what was going on." Nathan smiled brightly, but i knew that smile was fake. "Nathan, I know that must've been terrifying for you, and I'm sorry, if I would've stayed home this while incident wouldn't have happened." You hand softly on his shoulder and smiled as warmly as possible. 'I promise, no matter what happens I won't die, I'll always be there to protect you, Nathan.'

The past few weeks flew by and your scars got better. Nathan seemed more calm and a little overprotective of me since the incident. "Hey brat! Some kid's calling you on the phone, he's talking about some party or something" I yelled from the kitchen. "Oh right! That must be Aiden!" He came running down the stairs and snatched the phone away from me. "Sheesh, rude much?" I snapped before grabbing my book from the counter and walking over to the sofa.
"Yeah yeah whatever. Hey sis? Can I go to Aiden's party tonight?" He pryed politely "whatever makes you happy kid." I shrugged and opened my book. A faint 'Yes!' Was heard in the background, I smirked, nows the time to embarrass him! "Aye Nathan, did you want to go to that party to see a certain girl? Hm?" I chirped innocently as possible. Nathan's face lit up like fireworks on the Fourth of July. "A-At least I can get someone unlike you, ugly!" He yelled while sticking our his tongue. I fake gasped in disbelief "That is no way to talk about yourself Nathan!" I pointed out jokingly. "Gosh you're so annoying! " He whined before stomping upstairs, I giggled a little. ' we haven't joked with each other like that since the incident, I'm glad things are finally back to normal..' I was brought back to reality by the sound of a soft knock at the front door, I slowly got up and ran towards the door tripping over some stuff in process, I swung open the door to see...
