WE HAVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF LIFE. I don't know yours but you can know mine. (www.mathewalabardero.blogspot.com) We also have different kind of dreams. Some wants to be rich. Some wants to live a simple life. But many wants to be happy.
Even if some don't have money, still they are happy. They make themselves laugh and smile. There are so many comedy clubs here in the Philippines especially around Manila and Quezon City. BUT what is the REAL definition of being happy?
Having a boyfriend of girlfriend?
Earning 1 million pesos a month?
Winning in your favourite sport?
Eating like a monster?
Sleeping for 15 hours straight?
WHAT IS HAPPINESS?
When I was a kid, my mother always told me that if our family are always together, we must be happy and contented.
But as the time goes by and as I grow old, I learned and experienced things.
I become happy whenever I get my goal. I remember the first time I earned money, I was too happy. I was like jumping and shouting, "whhoooaa, I earned money!!!". But if you ask me, how much it was? It was only 900 pesos. HAHA. For the first time, I earned it from my own hard work.
I also remember the first time I had a girlfriend. It was like I saw an angel came from above and sat beside me. My heart beat so fast and I couldn't close my eyes.
I had so many more experiences. I can't even tell it all here. It's a long long long long story.
In that experiences and stories that I heard, I LEARNED ONE THING.
In all areas of life, our MIND is EVERYTHING.
Becoming happy is not that hard. We just need to make our inner self happy. Having a joyful life is easy. WE JUST need to change our THINKING.
STRESS is unreal. We only create it in our MINDS.
What we THINK is what we CREATE.
If we always think the negative things, we always create negative things.
BUT if we always think the positive things, we always create a positive life. It is always constant. It is like the law of gravity. That whenever you throw things above, it will go down.
Positive MIND = Positive LIFE
