Thyme
Dandelion
Chamomile
Honey
Mix the ingredients together.
1st the chamomile
2nd the dandelion
3rd thyme
4th honey
And chant 2x
"Gods and goddesses make this a drink a drink of sleep and when anyone drinks this they will become very tired so mote it be"
After that drain everything out and put the drink in a container to save for later
