Chapter 2:

"Our dearest alpha is so generous, the money he gave you is enough to buy us clothes to fill the whole closet!" she was practically screaming at my ears. "Well, it can't be helped that I'm the daughter of the alpha that owns almost all the buildings on the streets of Merlin town." I smirked at her. That's the reason I own a GT-R at the age of 17.

Our 20minutes of driving to the mall consist of Tracy telling me which shops she would like to go and how excited she was because school starts tomorrow.

After what seems like forever, I pulled up in front of the mall and two men wearing suits opened he door for us, they were werewolves from our pack. "Good afternoon and welcome Miss Evans and Miss Green" we smiled at them and head in to the first shop we see, Victoria Secret.

By the time we finished walking around ten other shops, we were tired. We bought everything that we needed, perfume, tops, bottoms, lingerie, shoes, accessories and makeup.

"Want to head over to Starbucks?" Tracy asked and I simply nodded. It wasn't a bad idea since it's already late afternoon and my stomach was churning. We ordered our coffee and pie and brought the food to sit at a corner. Tracy and I love to sit at corners because we hate to be disturbed by people moving around. Or should I say werewolves moving around.

In Merlin town, there were only werewolves from different packs and sometimes vampires. Incase you're wondering, no we're not enemies with vampires, but we don't fancy them that much either. We don't share the town with humans, they think that this part of the town was isolated.

We were casually chatting about random stuff like how excited I am to find my mate and takeover the pack, until we were disturbed by a small boy poking at my arms. My wolf growled inside me because of the disrespect we were receiving. When I turned to see the kid holding up a bouquet of flowers at me, I calmed down immediately.

"A guy told me to give it to you, he wants me to tell you that you're beautiful" with that, he ran away, leaving me curious and confused.

"Oh my God! The flowers are so pretty! Total of 24 roses-you are always on my mind. Awwwwwwwww my best friend has a secret admirer!" Tracy shrieked.

"Oh please, it's just a bouquet of roses, you don't have to act like you're looking down from the top of Mount Everest. Chill Tracy." even though I was keeping cool, deep down I really wondered who gave the flowers to me, it was really sweet of him.

'Mate!' Crystal was purring inside me.

'What? my mate?' I was excited. 'Yes Emily, your mate'

'But how did you know?'

'I just do' she was as excited as I am.

Hearing her confimation, I took in the smell of the roses, hoping to catch a slight scent of my mate, but I caught nothing.

'Why don't I smell his scent on the bouquet?' I asked Crystal, disappointed.

'You'll know someday' that was all she told me and she kept quite throughout my while chain of questioning.

"What we're u thinking of?" Tracy asked, breaking my chain of thoughts. "Umm, nothing much, let's go home now." I replied coldly.

I was in my room after dinner. I looked out of my window and started to worry about tomorrow. Its the start school tomorrow and I had a weird feeling about it. I have no idea why.

'Can I be let out?' Crystal asked.

'Alright, since I don't wanna think about tomorrow, we shall go for a run.'

'It'll be alright tomorrow, I promise'

I smiled at her and shift in my room into my big white wolf. The windows in the pack house were big enough for wolves to hop out of the window without difficulty. I hopped out of the window and let the cold wind embrace me while I run into the woods.

How is this chapter? Is it too long winded? Give me some comments. (:
