" Wait!" I called out to the bus driver, but no answer. "I guess I'm going to have to walk to school again..." I hated walking to school. Mostly because it was the first day of 9th grade. But also because I tried to be like Sasha, the popular girl. I thought that if I tried to be like her, boys would like me more. So I tried, but the first step of being like Sasha, is driving to school everyday . Clearly I couldn't get that straight even on first.
When I got to school, I realized I forgot my lunch at home. " well, I guess I'm gonna have to use my allowance " I opened my locker and I felt someone approach me. " Oh my gosh! It's Leo!! " I thought to myself. Leo is by far the hottest guy in our school, and everyone wants him."And then there's me that knows I have no chance. He barley even talks to me. I'm always the outsider in the group when we talk about Leo, because he just hasn't talked to me since we graduated grade 8. I turned around anxiously. " hey "
" h-hi " I muttered with excitement. " I haven't seen you for a while, what do you say we go for lunch with Abby and her squad? " I was so close to turning him down, but I knew that this was a once in a lifetime offer. " umm... Okay !" I smiled nervously at him and he waved and walked to his first class.
His first class was math. Unlucky him, I have history, which I love! So no one can call me unlucky unle- .... Ugh, I knew this was coming. Sasha. She just has to be in the same class as me only to make my day harder. What were these jack ass principals thinking?! As I walked into class, obviously Sasha approaches me. " Oh hey! Isn't it crazy that we ended up in the same class together! " before I could mutter something nasty under my breath, she apologized. " sorry there's no room for you to sit at our table. we kind of took all of the seats, and the new kid just decided to plop by and sit with us today so I guess you could sit with... Jeremy." What, there's a new kid? Who is Jeremy? When did Sasha start using the term plop? I thought to myself vigorously. " I- " " anyway, class is starting" why does everyone cut my off when I'm about to talk? And then even when I don't say shit, I get I trouble for it! * sigh *
" Hello class. My name is Ms.E! First before I start teaching, I would like to get to know all of your names. So as you guys get your history out, I will come around and ask for your name! Ms.E looked like she was about 50. She has short grey hair with some strands of black. Not to many wrinkles, but enough to say she was an elderly. But a very strong healthy body. Ms.E was very accepting. She let it slide if you didn't take a bathroom pass with you, or if you didn't want to tell her any details about you. But she would always be expecting them the next time she saw you. She came over to me. " and what's your name? " " my name is Mia. " I said in a shy tone. " what a beautiful name, for a beautiful girl! " I smiled at her, realizing that I was the last person. As I focused my attention back to her, the bell rang and class was over. I hope all of the history classes are somewhat like that. Mr.cochenswig was last years history teacher. This year he is doing gym. First of all, he was super strict. If he gave you a quiz and it wasn't complete in 10 minutes , you would get to do the whole classes homework, and have it due the next day. Rude much. And second of all, NO ONE COULD PRONOUNCE HIS BLASED NAME! It was like "Mr.skanjsd" or " of Mr. Jndjbkrncjfndjdmd " or even
" Mr. Fucktardjsnkssmdz" his name was stupid. Why did we have to suffer his ugly name. " Mia, math class has started! Boogie over there. " I then scurried to class.
