Chapter 1. Road Trip

After leaving town for the summer I realized that most of the time. Life is either slower or faster when you think about it. I'm basically riding in the back of 2009 BMW Sudan. On my way to the council of The Elemental Wolves. A clan where me, Allen and Robbie are part of. But I get to sit here while Allen is driving and Robbie is arguing with him about directions. Allen Maxwell is 24 MD who has the ability to control lighting. He is also the doctor who treated me during my time in the hospital. How I ended up in the hospital? Well that's where Robbie Peters comes in. Robbie is my boyfriend. We met at a college coffee shop in the winter. He's only 23 and I'm 22, like that's any big deal. When he found me dying. Out of a act of love he bit me to save my life. Robbie can control fire and can throw fireballs so I wouldn't piss him off in his form. Anyway I woke up in the hospital with amnesia. When it all came back I found out who I was. Turns out I can control ice so watch out. But anyway back on track. I sometimes worry if this clan will welcome me with open arms. According to Allen I still got a lot to learn. I can do this cause Robbie is here for me. He and Allen are teaching me everything I need to know by one step at a time. We also have to explain to them that The Tainted Souls are up to something. They plan to destroy the world with rot and corruption. My powers came to me when I release my true form. I had a lot of time to think. From the time I realized that we were in the Redwood forest. These trees were huge. Amazing how we were in California. We've been traveling for 2 days. I don't understand why the clan was on the other side of the country. Allen explained that the clan meetings were always formed in every big national forest in the United States and other parts of the world. The council meeting was a day away at midnight. So we were early which would mean some time to relax.
