A Love Poem For You

I stare into blank space

Searching for the right words to say

To use them to express what I feel

So you will understand that this is real

I am thinking so hard

Searching through my mind

Looking for the words

To make you mine

I am shy though

To tell you in person

And that's the reason why

I am writing you this poem

So that you will know exactly

How you make me feel

In hopes that my dream of being together

Will become real
