It was the beginning of a new school day, at a new school, in a new state. The start to the story that change my life forever.
It all started my freshman year at middlebrook high school, everything there was new to me considering I was the newbie in town. I am skipping pass the giant argument I had with my parents about not moving to a new state thousands of miles from where my friends are. As you can tell from my situation... I lost that argument. My father was in the military so we did tend to move often, but with this move I did later on find out this would be a permanent one. Oh by the way my name is Maya, Maya Smith.
