I left Starbucks feeling much happier than I did when I entered. Birds sang and I skipped along as I stopped at a bench, sitting down and looking at my phone. Jack and I had taken a picture before parting ways, promising to meet up again soon.

I almost fainted at the memories. It all clicked. The reason why he seemed so nervous, why his voice sounded so familiar, what was bugging me about his appearance. My smile spread even more at the though that THE jacksepticeye decided that I was worth his time. Looking at my phone again, I decided to call him.

*Jack's POV*

I went off to Mark about the most amazing girl I had just met. Ever since he had moved into the area, I'd been a lot less lonely. I thought that the hole in my heart had been filled by my best friend, but that girl.. That girl did wonders to me. I will never forget the name Y/N.

"She sounds like a wonderful girl, I'd love to meet her sometime," he said, obviously happy for me. I was about to respond when my phone buzzed next to me.

Speak of the devil..

"Hey Jack!" She said, her sweet voice ringing through my ears. I couldn't control my smile as I spoke.

"Hey there Y/N! Calling already, huh?"

My face heated up as she laughed. God, she had the most gorgeous sounding laugh in the world. She was like a fucking goddess.

"Oh hush. I'm bored and lonely, don't judge. Listen, I don't really have anything to do today, do you maybe want to come over?"

I could feel my heart pounding. Mark sent me a look, but I didn't care at the moment.

"I'd love to come over! What time?" I glanced at Mark, and he looked at me like a lost puppy. I guess he didn't want to be alone.

"Now would be great. I'll text you my address."

"Sounds great. Listen, my friend really doesn't want to be alone I guess. Is it okay if he comes along?"

There was a moment of silence on her end. Fear rushed over me as I thought about all of the possible things she could be thinking of right now. Mark enveloped me in a hug, but she was all I was thinking of.

"Sure, why not? If he's a friend of yours then I'd love to meet him."

"Awesome! Okay, I'll be there soon."

"Sounds great! See you later Jack!"

She hung up first, but it didn't stop me from bouncing around, a huge smile on my face. She wanted to hang out with me. How much better could this day even get??
