*Kylie's POV*
"Holy shit! The ship is huge!" My best friend, Lauryn exclaimed with a big smile on her face. We were standing outside the cruise ship, about to go in. The moment we've been waiting for, for the last year
"Omg!" I exclaimed agreeing with her
"Come on, I wanna see the inside of this thing!" She said grabbing my wrist and running onto the ship
We walked through a crowded hallway until we found the front desk. We stood in line for about 10 minutes before it was our turn
"Do you think we'll find any cute guys?" Lauryn whispered in my ear, making sure the men around us weren't able to hear
"Oh, for sure." I replied chuckling. "I already caught a few." I added
"Who?!" She asked
I laughed at her stupid reply. "Lauryn, how can I know who if I don't even know who they are and have never seen them before?"
"True." She said nodding. "But you should go introduce yourself to the cute ones you find." She went on
"I guess that wouldn't hurt." I agreed
"It won't." She reassured me. "It's not like you're a horny 14 year old and with your parents. You're 20 years old. Your life is only getting started. Go after a cutie when you find one, Kylie."
Her words felt good. Lauryn was always right. We've been best friends since freshman year and no matter what, she always knew what was best for me
"You're right." I said to my best friend with a big grin
"I know." She replied sarcastically
"So when we get the key to our room, you wanna explore and try and look for cuties?" I suggested shrugging my shoulders
"Yes!" She replied
"Can't wait!" I exclaimed
"Same here!" She exclaimed back

Btw I know Connor Franta is gay, but I wrote this story a long time ago before he came out and I still love him and I've finally built up the courage to post this
