Here we go: this is going to be a long one I guess: Anyways long story short (ish): My acquaintance who I don't really like that much but she thinks we're friends Akira, Adam (crush), this dude named Gavin, another named Kai, And Akiras friend Mary Grace were talking together after school, and I was sitting pretty close; like 10ish feet away with my good friend Bridget. They were talking, and suddenly Gavin came up to me and asked who I had a crush on. Naturally my response was "what? How do you even know I have a crush?" He said Akira told him that I had a crush on someone. I looked over and saw that Adam was looking over where I was sitting, and so was Akira. I said I wasn't going to tell him and he walked away. Later I asked Akira why she told Gavin I had a crush on somebody and how that even came up in their conversation, and they said people were talking about crushes and Akira had said "I know who tea likes"

She said that to Gavin, who then asked me. But the thing is, I trust Emily way more than Akira, so I asked her about it and she said that she didn't do that, and I know that she would never do that; it's just really not like her. So she agreed to ask Adam about it and he said

(Screenshot from Emily's phone) But unless he had short term memory he would've remembered at least the general idea of what they were talking about, and I know they talked about crushes because I was sitting with them for a short time before I went over to Bridget (which is when I'm assuming Akira said she knew who I liked) (which she actually does by the way) So Akira swore on her life that's what adam said and said I could ask Mary Grace; so I did:

But they're also known to be pranksters and pull stuff like this. But the thing that doesn't make sense is why would Adam lie? I have some theories: Either Mg and Akira are playing a prank and Adam lied because he was sworn to secrecy not to tell about the crushes (but that wouldn't explain why he just didn't say crushes instead of I don't know) Or Akira told him and is trying to cover it up by saying that Emily told him. So yeah; since I'm not really following anyone on this account Imma go back to my main account and tag some people. See you then I guess
