Mandy The Mandarin Orange

1. Where Did The Grape Go?

Mandy wakes up. She yawns and gets out of her bed. "Ah I hope I don't get eaten today," Mandy says. She sneaks out of the bedroom, afraid to wake Abby the Avocado.

Once Mandy is out of her house, she goes to the book store. There, the books have orange peels as the covers and a bunch of orange strings together as paper. She picks up her favorite book, The Adventurous Kiwi. Mandy walks over to the counter and buys the book. She turns around and sees Grace the Grape. Mandy says, "Hey Grace!" "Hey Mandy," Grace replies.  Grace and Mandy walk out of the book store and look around. All of the sudden they hear a noise thud thud thud. The sound keeps getting closer and they turn around and they see the most dangerous and most monstrous beast of all, a cow.

"AHHHHHH," Mandy screams. "Hurry!! Let's get out of here!" yells Grace. Grace and Mandy run away from the evil cow until they find a beautiful log to hide in. From a distance they hear the cow say, "DARN FRUIT!!" "Man that was a close one," says Mandy, but when she turns around, Grace the Grape is gone.
