Fever Dream

My knees collapsed, allowing my now half-limp body to kneel on the floor. My hands trembled as if I was possessed, Hot tears forming at the end of my tear ducts, beginning to roll down my cheeks. What I had left of clothes were just as tattered and dainty as rags. My eyes stared into whatever cut-up corpses I had seen in front of me. It was my mother and my father. I kept whispering to myself, "I didn't do this, I know I didn't.." I heard foot steps come from outside whatever room I was in. I froze in the position I was in, too frightened to move. I could hear footsteps behind me, and then a small creak. My nerves and muscles dared not to move. I stood in the darkness for about five minutes before I heard a small humming noise. It sounded like the song "London Bridge is falling down". Like any stupid horror movie or show where all the people die, I slowly got up to investigate what was happening.

To my surprise, the door was wide open.  I went out the door unsuspecting of what was to come.  Vile traveled up my throat begging to get out of my mouth. However I swallowed it back down. All over the walls and ceiling of the corridor outside the room, was gore. All of it was blood, in fact, the sick person...wait..thing that did this painted pictures and wrote with the blood. At this point, I just noticed, I was covered with blood, but not bleeding. AND I KNOW I DIDN'T DO IT! The door slammed shut after a while of rambling inside of my head. I jolted to the right, avoiding the wall. I shook it off and made my way down the corridor a bit. The humming grew slightly louder at I moved on. Each and every door was,yes this is true, bolted shut. I got to a point where the humming was all I could hear. A door right behind me slowly creaked open. The humming seemed to be coming from there. I walked hesitantly to the door and peered in before going into the door frame. It was a girl. She had the same hairstyle, clothes(in better condition than mine), and she was about as tall as me. (Read description for details)
The humming paused.

"How are you here?" The girl asked.
"I don't know, why am I here, uhh...person?"I replied.
"Oh, you are Calamity Daegenheart right?" The girl asked. I nodded.
"Well then, I am the thing that haunts you from the inside. I am the insanity that is driven away by one thing:sleep. I am the obsolete you." She replied.
My eyes widened as my vision faded off into darkness, until I hit the ground.
