Gemma's POV

His phone was his new addiction. The light brightened his face. I groaned rolling off the bed. His thumbs still darted across his phone.
Arms folded I marched over to him. I turned his phone off with the black button on top.
"Gemma what was that? You know I told you not to do that-" he rambles. Sick of his nonsense I start ranting,
"You're always on your phone and you never pay attention. We used to be friends. But 'friends' listen to each other not their phone. What's going on in there. Are you having a virtual relationship with some girl."
Sick about his shit, I lay down on the bed giving him the silent treatment that he gave me.
His words are flung around the room me answering none of them. Hearing him mutter a string of curses under his breath, I turn on to my side as if I'm questioning what he said.
He must be feeling brave as he shouts, " Are you on your period or something because you're acting like a bitch."
Filled with rage the words tumble out of my mouth.
He sits there and takes it all and some my words become tumbleweeds scattering the room never to leave and as my mouth opens to say sorry, he turns to me and with a saddening voice he tells me he's leaving.

Matthew's POV
The tears roll down my face leaving my eyes bloodshot and red. As I walked into the shared house, the boys shout and scream.
"Yo bro," Cam yells.
"Where ya been?" Nash shouts
"Looks like someone's been having having fun," the Jacks say referring to my eyes that look like I've been smoking again.
Walking into my room, I feel so guilty. Gemma doesn't even know about the boys. Yeah they might be my friends but they'd provoke her and after her existing problems she wouldn't go to well.
My cell starts to ring and even though I still feel guilty but I have to pick it up.
"Bart, now is not a good time," I tell him my throat tightening at the thought of her.
"Well young lad, to bad now is good time as any. I know I told you, it was another 2 weeks but it turns out you can't book two weeks early for a luxury plane. Luckily, I can find a spot on a commercial plane that takes off tonight, in fact," he pauses," in 4 and a half hours. Better get packing," he starts laughing and before I can protest he hangs up the phone.
I rest my head on my hand and sigh. With Gemma gone my main point of life is gone.
I guess the boys are downstairs but they're not Gemma. They're still someone though.
As I travel downstairs the boys are gathered around the circular coffee table passing around a large bottle of very strong whiskey.
Walking closer to the table they notice me,"Matt, come and play Never Have I Ever with us," Cam slurs.
As I sat down the bottle was passed to me.
"Shoplifting," they eventually come up with. I've never shoplifted but I take a swig hoping to forget this day. What was meant to be a swig turned into a bottle.
So on that day I definitely got drunk, probably high and pretty sure I spilled a few secrets.
And when I woke up the next morning the realisation hit me that I forgot about my flight.
Rushing around my room looking for my phone made my hangover worse.
But I couldn't stop. My career could be lost if I don't find my phone.
2 hours, 39 minutes and a hell lotta Advil I sat anxiously in the room waiting for my flight to be called.
Walking past, are two girls, vaguely recognisable. Looking closely I realise one of them is LelePons.
Full of courage I strut towards them.
"Hi, I'm Matt I love your vine account," I say all in one breath.
"Esponisa," she asks with a questioning voice.
I shake my head eagerly, like a puppy dog.
"Well I love yours too, I'll make sure to follow you."
Full of shock I'm frozen to the ground until my flight is called.
"I've gotta go, but we'll stay in touch."
We both say goodbye until I leave her and make my way to the plane. Good luck to me
