It was 4:30 am and Andrew Blake also known as Apex was just getting home after doing his morning patrol. He thought to himself that maybe instead of making some coffee he could go upstairs and snuggle with his wife Alexis for a bit, She didn't have work on Saturdays in fact unless she had some ideas for a book she didn't work at at all. He went upstairs and looked at Alexis as she slept soundly uninterrupted. He removed his costume which was a mostly green skin suit with white boot and arms and a green cowl and when he placed his costume in his closet he slipped into bed with Alexis and held her protectively in his arms
