I look in the mirror and I start to cry...why....because I don't like the skin im in .. Even if my mom,dad,sister,brother or even a stranger says it.. I still don't believe that I'm beautiful..

December ,23,2019... My birthday and I'm looking in every store at the mall to find me a birthday outfit.. Suddenly I hear a voice behind me.

"Sorry to disturb you ms but you are beautiful whats ya name"

I start to blush

"Umm what's your name?"

"Kahilf"

"Wait.. You have that group with your brother "

"Well what y'all doing here in St. Louis?

" just getting ready for our concert tonight."

"Just turned 19 today"

"Ayee happy birthday .. You know what how bout I get you two V.I.P tickets."

I smile and quickly pick out an outfit for tonight. I picked out an all red outfit with red Niki high tops. Then I went to the hair store and got big red hoops. I got home and put my outfit on the bed as I looked at the outfit I pat myself on the back for having good style and went to take a shower.

Its 9:30 time for the concert. I call my friend and tell her to meet me at the building were they are performing.

I meet my friend and we go inside kahilf's manager sees our V.I.P tickets and escort us to back stage.

"Hey y'all made it"

"Yeah, um this my friend Carmen"

"Wassup how you doin"

"I'm good and u?"

"I'm ight"

"So where is your brother?"

"In the dressing room.. Baby girl can I talk to you fo a minute"

"So look me and the crew going out to eat and I was wondering do you and ya friend wanna come?"

The concert went on and shit it was lit. I mean they was getting everybody wet with champagne. Soon the concert was over and got on the tour bus to a restaurant , kahilf takes my hand and we walk in. As we came in like everyone started to scream and start to yell their names

"Y'all must get this everyday"

"Don't y'all get tired of it"

"Nahh baby we just go wit the flow"

We get to our table and order. Minutes later our food was here and we ate and act like a fool. Slim jimmy and the crew went to the hotel and kahilf stayed to get me back to my car.

"So I really hoped you enjoyed yourself"

"I did.. Where y'all going next"

"This is our last tour"

"Oh OK"

"Here is my number call me or face time me boo"

He kisses me on the cheek and opens my car door I drive off and he leaves to go to the hotel.

Damn... Adorable... She makes me want to scream.. Like I never met anybody like her... To bad I won't get to spend time with her like I want to..

In the studio making our new song "BY CHANCE" and its lit. We took a break and I decided to call adorable.

*Conversation*

"Hello?"

"Sup baby girl"

"Sup how u doin"

"I'm ight how bout you"

"I'm good so wassup"

"Just wanna know would you like to go to our video shoot"

"Yeah sure"

"Ight, I'll send you the plane ticket"

I hung up the phone and started making plans for the flight. The next day the tickets came in so I started packing and headed on to the air port.

I land and get in a taxi and goes to the address kahilf told me. I pay the taxi and head my way to the door in a few minutes kahilf open the door and kiss me deeply.

"Hey baby how u doin"

"I'm good"
"Well come on in and make ya self at home. "

A few hours later I sit down on the couch watching Beyonce dance her ass off.. I sit there thinking I could never be her. Ever. Kahilf sits beside me and starts moving his head to the music.

"Damn she looks amazing.. I'm just a fat slob"

Kahilf stops dancing and looks at me.

"Yeah but every time I'm walking with my friend some where boys look at her pretty chocolate skin and see mines and walk away. Then they say light skin girls are out of the league its chocolate silky skin. So I just consider myself ugly."

"So my senior prom is next Saturday night and I wanted to know can you take me"

We go to the video shoot so they can make "BY CHANCE" video while they was making I decided to go get me something to drink when a Hurd of girls come my way.

They began to laugh and I ran inside angry.
