Keaton pov:
"Tina doesn't remember Keaton." Those words broke my heart. If I didn't know any better I would think that my heart was ripped out of my chest and thrown into a paper shredder. After all we have been through she forgets me. I don't know what to do. Should I be angry? No. It's not her fault she can't remember me. Or is it? Maybe she didn't love me enough to remember me. Maybe I should just act like are relationship was fake. Forget it even happened. It was best for both of us. For all it could be my fault that she is in the hospital. It could have been done because of jealously. Most likely. I ran to Tina's room. Remember Keaton its what's best until the whole Emblem3 thing settles down.
"Tina listen I know you don't remember me, but I'm your boyfriend Keaton. Your in here cause of me and I just think its best we take a break until Emblem3 isn't such a big deal. I just want you to be safe."
Tina pov:
I could hear this Keaton kid, but I couldn't respond. How was it his fault I was in here? Did he shoot me? That was very mean of him to do that. And on top of it he broke up with me! He isn't the nicest of people now is he. It's okay because I remember Zayn saying he still loved me. And honestly I couldn't be happier he still loved me, because I still loved him. Hopefully its not to late for us. I can see Zayn and I's future and its so amazing!
Zayn pov:
Keaton walked out of the room, and walked up to Kelsey. He was wiping the tears from his face.
"I broke up with her. It's just best for everyone. I'm going to call everyday to check on her. Just because I broke up with her doesn't mean I don't love her, because I do. I'm doing this for her saftey. Please take good care of her." She is coming back. She is returning with us! I must get to Tina before the other boys do. It should be easy considering the other guys have girlfriends. They moved on while I had enough respect to wait for the one I love.
Kelsey pov:
It took me a second to realize what was happening, but I finally realized it. Tina was coming home! Keaton put all of his trust and faith into us. Well me, but still! She was coming back. Maybe now Gianna will lighten up a little. She has been really rough on Liam. But Tina's joyful spirit will change that! I'm sure of that.
"Excuse me are you here for Christina Ford?" I shot my head to the doctor who was speaking.
"Yea. Is everything okay?"
"Everything is fine. Better than we expected her to be now. She can be released in a couple hours. First she needs to have some tests done."
"Okay thank you. May I talk to her?"
"Yes of course." I walked into Tina's hospital room.
"Tina your coming home!"
"I'm coming home?"
