"Grayce could you please hurry!! We have to leave for the airport in five minutes"
"I'm coming, I'm coming. Don't get your panties in a wad" I say as I walk down the stairs. When I look down the stairs my mother is waiting for me with her foot tapping on the wood floor.
"Took you long enough." She said dramatically with her lips pursed and arms crossed.
"Gee mom, we're just moving to England not to Jupiter." I say in a sarcastic tone. My mom rolls her eyes but smiles nonetheless.
"Don't get smart with me young lady."She says with her lips pursed.
"Okay, let's just go to the airport." I say while walking out the door.
When we get in the taxi I take one last look at my New Jersey house and think to myself of all of the good memories I had in that house. The last sixteen years in that house have been great. Memories of each and every birthday and holiday flashes through my mind, a small frown making it's way onto my face.
Sooner than I hoped, we arrived at the airport. Everything was a blur, my mind hazy and eyes glossy from tears that were threatening to spill.
"Grayce we're at the airport, let's go." My mom says as she breaks me out of my thoughts.
"Okay, do you want me to get the all of the bags or are you going to?" I question her while I get out of the taxi.
"No we will just get our own separate luggage, okay?"
"Okay." I nodded in agreement before hopping out of the taxi, taking in all of my surroundings and enjoying New Jersey one last time.

When we got on the plane I went straight to first class. My mom was nice enough to buy us both first class, it turns out that we were not seated next to each other. So we had to sit by some complete stranger. I stared walking down the isle 3a...4a...5a finally finding my seat. As I looked down I saw brown curls. He looked up at me with a grin on his face, his green eyes meeting my blue ones.
"May I help you?" He said with a thick English accent.
"Um..your in my seat."
"Erm.." He was looking at his plane ticket while he said that. "Sorry." I pursed my lips but nodded, still looking at the stranger. He was pretty attractive, almost looking like a movie star in a way.
"It's fine. Can I see your plane ticket please?" I asked with a light smile in my face.
"May I ask why?"
"I wanted to see your seat number to direct you in the right direction."
"Okay. But I think I know where I sit." He said with a smirk.
"Okay." I agreed, confused.
"I sit right next to you" he said with a small grin on his face.
"But there is only two seats and that guy over there is sitting in the other one."
"Don't worry I will make him move" he make's his way to poke the guy but I stop him right before he does it.
"It's ok I will just find a
seat and sit in it" as I start to walk away I feel a tight grip on my my arm and I turn back to find the attractive curly haired boy standing behind me.
"No, I will move" he states with a big grin on his face.
"You don't have to I'm more than happy to move."
"No miss, I would rather you sit where you're supposed to sit and me sit where the fat guy sits, okay." He says with a comforting smile on his face.
"Thank you" I say in most kindest way possible.
We both go to our seats and sit down quietly. As I sit down I slump into my chair and quickly grab my earbuds from my backpack and plug them in my phone. Soon enough I fell asleep.
As I walk outside to the back yard of my house, I stopped straight in my tracks. I started screaming and fell to my knees. My dad was lying there on the ground dead with a gun in his hand and blood everywhere on the ground. Mom! I yelled out but got no response then finally I hear footsteps and there she was, her eyes wide as she looked down at her suicidal dead husband right in front of her. She slowly walked over to where he was. As she bent down a tear brimming her right cheek. Honey! Go call the ambulance now!!!. She yelled. I could hear the sadness and fear in her voice. I ran inside the house...... I wake up gasping for air after the nightmare I just had. But then again it wasn't a nightmare it was a true story.
I pulled my phone out to check the time but when I pulled it out, I dropped it in the isle. I went to grab it but it was already being picked up by a man. The man who happened to be gorgeous and in my seat when I got on the plan.
