"Mom!"
I run down the hall towards the kitchen in search of my mother as I assume she's cooking when I sensed the delightful smell of dinner from my room while still trying to make sure my laptop doesn't fall from my hands.

"What's wrong!"
I hear my mother shout as I begin to see her run from the kitchen pathway and out through the hallway heading toward my direction.

As I stopped in my tracks almost collapsing on top of my mother as she stopped as well with fear and worry written all over her face I tried my hardest to make sure I didn't drop my laptop.

"Are you OK."
She said catching her breath as if something had happened to me. Well technically something did happen to me but not in a harmful way.

"Yeah? Why?"
I quickly responded wanting to know why she thought something harmed her precious daughter. Me. Ha really funny Saige, really funny!

"I thought you were in dange..."
She paused and continued.
"Um..I mean...You know mother instincts and all. Gotta make sure your OK. Since you screamed and all...." Then I cut her from continuing her sentence with my own words changing the subject to clear away the awkwardness.

"Um yeah, I called you from my room because I just got accepted into ArcJohnson Academy Of Arts." I say as I rise up my right eyebrow in confusion of why she would cover up the fact that she thought I was in danger.

"Oh....Are you serious? Can I see?!" She questions me with excitement in her voice. Wow. That was odd. I mean, I knew she would be excited and all but still. Wow.

Anyways....

I hand her the laptop from my hands and stand by her side to point at the screen. Showing my inbox. Then I point at my recently received messages with the name of the school.

ArcJohnson Academy Of Arts

"They really emailed you!"

"Yeah."
I chuckled.
"Click on it." I told her as I looked into her eyes full of joy and happiness for me."Come on."

She placed her finger on my Mac and taped the keypad twice. As it opened she read the e-mail.

-Mr. Johnson

She looked up at me and placed her hand over her mouth while holding my Mac in her other.

"Yeah. I know. Amazing huh."
I spoke up while smiling.

"Did you call him!"
She sounds so much like one of those best friends that you have as if she was attending the school as well, but then again. She is my best friend. She's the only person I could talk too when I need too or to hang out with for the day that's actually a girl. I mean, cause I have Aaron he's the best a friend can ever get but he's still a guy and things are different between us.

"Well, did you?"
She placed her hand that was covering her mouth on top of my shoulder and started to shake me a little too snap me out of whatever I was thinking so I could reply to her.

"Hm."
I mumbled under my breath while looking down at my Mac that was still opened up on the email. I had no clue of what she was talking about its like I just dazed out of it.

I was thinking about her reaction after reading the email and how she acted like....oh yeah I remember. The call. I quickly shot up my head feeling dumbfounded at the moment. Like I just literally want to face palm my self right now.

"Oh yeah, no I didn't I wanted to wait and show you the message."

"Well, now you have so...."
She ushered me to my room following me from behind while she closes the laptop.

I walked through my opened door to my room and went across the room to my desk near my bed. Grabbing my phone I sat on the edge of my bed followed by my mother sitting in the chair from my desk facing directly in front of me with the biggest grin on her face. Like she was a child about to get candy.

"OK. Here we go."
I say while smiling at my mothers response of flashing over next to me on the bed opening my laptop to open the email in search of the number I need to get in contact with Mr. Johnson.
