"113 lbs... great..." I said to myself stepping off the scale. I wasn't sure whether ut was a good or bad thing. My mom was pressuring me to loose even more weight to fit into her o of prom dress. Ahe says that I will feel 'better' and 'fit in'. Personally, I love the way I look and I don't give a fuck about what people think of me anymore. Well, almost don't care. Anyways, my mom is practically a middle-aged Barbie doll. Yeah talk about pressure. That was the more depressing side along with my abusive father. But on the other hand, my dad went to jail 16 months ago. The person who called the cops was my best friend, Annabelle. Three days later she was kidnapped and murdered by my dad's coworker. Luckily he was caught. Yup, that's my life for you. I raced to my room to change. Then I heard my mom.
"Lucy. Are you almost done changing yet you know we have to be at Beverly's house in fifteen minutes."
'Crap. Mom' dinner party is tonight. Hmmm. Time to play the mall card.' I thought then grinned to myself.
"Hey mom? Can I go to the mall?" I said innocently. Mom loved me going to the mall.
"Yes, of course. Be back by 10 o'clock."
"OK!" I went to my room to hide until I heard mom leave. Then I changed into my Batman t-shirt and my blue faded skinny jeans. Along with my black knee-high converses. I hopped on my bed and failed miserably. My butt was on the floor in 0.5 seconds
"Fuck!" I bit my lip. I could taste the metallic liquid in my mouth. "Pizza time!" By that I ment pizza rolls. :)
Beep! Beep! Beep! Went the microwave. I took out the hot plate almost dropping it and went to my room. I turned on Netflix and started watching Psych. All of a sudden, a burlap bag was pulled over my head and felt a blow to the head. And that was all I could remember.
