"Where am I?" said Hayley while a worried look takes over her face.

"Hello, I'm glad you finally woke up. I'm Dr.Rollins, you were in an accident but you're fine now, you're in the hospital. Can you tell me your name, surname and age please?" said the doctor with a perfect smile.

"I'm Hayley Thornton and I'm 16" she replied "Where are my parents?" she continued.

"Excellent, you know your name. Although your age doesn't add up, I'll give your parents a call and we can clear this up when they get here" he said as he headed towards the door to make the call.

My head hurts so much. Oh he's walking in again, he's actually kind of cute and that uniform makes him so hot. "I thought you might need an aspirin, I image you have a headache, right?" he says to me in a caring manner. He's so nice I think to myself. "Yeah, thanks" I reply as I look for the cup of water to take the aspirin. A better looking version of parents walks into the room. "Oh baby" my mum says as she squeezes the life out of me, as if she hasn't seen me in forever, "how are you feeling" she asks looking very concerned. "We missed you so much baby girl" my dad says to me. "I'm fine, my head hurts but other than that I'm okay, what happened to me?" I ask. "Well" Dr.Rollins says as if he's about to break some bad news, "you were in a very bad car accident with your parents, your parents were fine but you were in a coma up until today, that's 6 months, right?" he says as he drifts his attention to my parents. They nod to show him that his statement is correct. "You're fine now but you seem to be confused about your age, you're not 16, you're 17" he tells me. "You spent your 17th birthday here, in a coma, I'm sorry darling" my dad says. "What's the last day you remember? What was it like?" asked Dr.Rollins. "Well, I went to the beach with Cam and then I met up with Dean, we spent the afternoon together and after that I was too tired to function and I came home and slept" I answered. My parents' faces went pale but they kept quiet. "Wait that's about a year ago though" my parents said at the same time, CREEPY! "We'll get back to that and run some tests, now, who are Cam and Dean?" the handsome doctor asked a question once again. "Cam is my best friend and Dean is my boyfriend" I tell him. I have a boyfriend, I completely forgot about that for a moment. "Cameron is the girl who brought her flowers when she visited once a month" mum said to Dr.Rollins "She tried to visit whenever she could but she's very busy with school hun" she said turning her attention to me. "And Dean? Doesn't Dean ever visit?" I said quite disappointed. "Honey" my mother says as she sits down on my bed, "Dean broke up with you when they took him in a mental institution, you know they said he was disturbed and they finally proved it, he was also doing drugs. He didn't care about you baby, all he wanted to do was get high, it's for the best" she said in a concerned tone yet with almost a smile on her face, as if she enjoyed that I got dumped.

Hayley's dad, Eric, noticed that his wife told a slight mistruth to their daughter, with whom they had a great relationship with, so he asked his lovely wife, Veronica, if he could talk to her alone outside and Dr.Rollins said that he needed some time with Hayley just to answer a few questions. Most of the questions were about Dean's drug abuse and if she was and if she had taken any drugs because that would cause a clash in her medication.
