*** Carter's POV ***

Danny's turning 18 today! Isn't that awesome? We're going out on a romantic walk on the beach at sunset then a quick dinner. If I was to describe Danny in one word it would be amazing! He's the most amazing guy I ever met and I'm glad he's mine.

I'm the most luckiest girl in the world. He's just so good to me and I don't think I'm good enough for him. Sometimes I think why did Danny pick me. I mean there's more beautiful girls out there than me. There's more skinny girls than me. I feel like I'm not good enough for him. He's just so fricking amazing and I'm just boring me.

Well, I better get ready for tonight. I ran upstairs and picked out a black knee length dress. It has straps and it's very sparkly. I laid it out on the bed and walked in the bathroom. I showered, dried my hair, and fixed it. I left my hair down and curled the ends. I went out the bathroom and slipped on my dress and matching black heels.

I took a quick look at myself in the mirror and headed downstairs. Just when I did, there was a knock on the door. I open the door and find a very handsome Danny. He was wearing a tuxedo and had a 11 roses in his hand. "These are for you darling." He said handing me the roses. "Thanks." I said grabbing them. " Now, if you stood in front of a mirror and help up those 11 roses, you would see 12 of the most beautiful things in the world." Danny said.

"Awwww! You big flirt. But I can beat you at flirting." I said. "Challenge accepted. Bring it on beautiful." Danny said. "Ok. When God made you, he was showing off." I stated. "I lost my teddy bear. Will you sleep with me?" Danny said. "Baby, you're so sweet, you put Nutella outta business." I said. "Ugh! I can't beat that, it has Nutella in it." Danny said. "I win." I stated. "Only because I let you win." He said. "Hmm sure!" I stated. "Let's go." Danny said.

We got in the car and drove to the beach. We parked the car and climbed out. When we reached the sand, I took off my heels and walked bare feet on the warm sand. "It's beautiful Danny." I said when the sun had set on the horizon. "Not as beautiful as you." Danny stated. I shook my head, "Why did you pick me out of all the girls in the world? What's so special about me? You could have had any girl but you choose me. Why?" I asked.

"Let's see, because you're beautiful, funny, smart, nice, you have a wonderful personality and have a heart of gold." He said. "I'm not beautiful." I said kicking the sand. He lifted my chin up so I can look at him. Our eyes instantly locked. "Don't ever say that. You're very beautiful, you're the most beautiful girl in the world." Danny stated. He kissed me and pulled away after a few seconds.

"I love you." I told him. "I wuv you!" Danny said. I giggled on how he said it. "Ready to go?" He asked. "Yeah." I said and we walked back to the car. We had dinner and it was lovely. I would always remember this day, December 28, 2013!
