"I'm sorry guys, I'm throwing in the towel."
Ross remembered that Danny decided to quit playing Guild Grumps. Combining that with him recording the new Starbomb album, left Danny's sleep schedule thrown way off balance, leaving him too exhausted to play World of Warcraft.

"I hope Danny's doing okay," Suzy commented after saying goodbye to Jesse, who filled in for Dan after he gave up. Arin and Barry wondered the same thing.

"He'll be okay, he just needs to sleep so his body clock fixes itself," Ross assured the other Grumps. But as he thought about it, would he really be okay?
Ross started to worry. "I'm gonna see how he's doing." With this, he left the room, walking nervously to the recording room.
Ross opened the door ever so slightly, peaking in. Danny was slumped on the couch, half of his body on the floor, on his phone, half-asleep. He locked his phone, slid his legs up onto the couch, and saw Ross standing in the doorway.
"What do you want?" Danny muttered hoarsely. Ross could see how tired he was. Maybe it was too soon to talk to him.
"I'm sorry if I made you mad at me. I know that the new album is really important to you. If you want to quit entirely be my guest because I know you need your sleep."
Danny yawned loudly and stretched his arms over the arm of the couch. He sat up a little bit. "It's okay man. I was kinda interested in doing this, really. I know you wanted us to have fun with this- and I did at first- but personally I put the album first, and I don't want you to l feel offended by that. I didn't think I'd be losing so much sleep."

Ross fully entered the room and sat on the couch arm closest to his face. Danny smirked and sat up. He moved over so Ross could sit next to him.

An awkward silence lasted for almost a whole minute.

Dan moved over so his left leg touched Ross's right, and rested his head on his shoulder.

Ross's heart fluttered. He smiled. 'He looks so cute when he's tired,' Ross thought. He rested his hand in Dan's palm, slowly interlocking their fingers. He felt a yawn coming on, and turned his head away. His eyelids started to get heavier.

Ross opened one eyelid, and noticed Danny was still sleeping soundly. How much time had passed? He felt a post-it note stuck to his forehead. He peeled it off and read it:
"Pizza might still be warm by the time you two lovebirds wake up. If not, nuke it. Help yourself.
-Arin."
