[Ryan]
I stepped through the front doors and up the stairs. I might be late if I don't hurry.
I opened my locker and threw my coat and lunch inside, grabbing my math binder and throwing it in my bag. Four minutes left. I close my locker and zip up my bag, looking to the side to see a group of popular girls passing by.
I walk into my math class and sit down in my chair.

As the bell rings I rush to put away my binder, leaving to my locker to exchange it for English. I share this class with my friend Mike so that's amazing.
I walk into my English class and sit down next to Mike.
"Hey," I say smiling.
"Hi Ryan," he said leaning on his desk.
"Let me guess. You forgot we had homework?" I said smiling.
"I did it this time!" he protested.
"Good I couldn't figure out 7 what was it?" I said.
"Only if you give me the answers to today's homework if we get any," he replied.
"You suck, fine," I replied. He opened his binder and shoved it towards me.
"Okay I know this is wrong I'll just guess," I replied, shoving his notes back over.
"What should I be expecting in math?" he asked.
"Nothing difficult," I replied. Just guessing at the answer for what I thought made sense.
The bell rang and class started. Some of the popular kids walking in and siting in their spots at the back. I can't stand them, always acting like they can do whatever and not listen and like a 60% is perfect. I just think they don't care and where will that get them in life!
"Ryan," my teacher calls from the front, breaking me out of my thoughts.
"Here," I answered quietly, raising my hand as he continued the attendance.

"So yeah, about that grammar homework?" Mike said.
"Fine you would be wrong anyways, but only if you try to do it," I said.
"Yes! We can do it during lunch," he said. "So like, right now! Come on! I have money in my bag so we only have to stop at your locker today."
We turned the corner and walked over to my locker.
"Are you kidding me? You aren't dragging me with you to buy your lunch again," I complained.
"Pleeeeease Ryyyan," Mike whined. I rolled my eyes and shoved my lunch in my bag.
"I did yesterday too, I'll get us a place to sit," I said.
"Grab me a chair at least?" he begged. I shut my locker and we started heading to the stairs.
"No," I replied.
"Fineee," Mike whined. I smiled.
"Now come on, I have to help an idiot do his English homework," I said.
