"... And don't forget the water this time, James!"

"Got it, mom!"

Ether had finally woke, only to find himself as a human, with mechanical arms and a black cloak. His weapon of choice, a scythe.

"Ugh... My head..." Ether says, only just now getting up out of bed. "where, where am I...?"

"Oh, you're finally awake... Its about time." Ether looks up towards the voice, only to find a human, such as himself, dressed as a farm girl. "Mom's going to be glad that you're still alive. You were out for almost a month er so."

"A month...? OW!" A sharp pain went through Ether's head. "Easy there, you don't want to strain yourself too hard, now. You've only just awoke, after all." the farm girl said. She looked about his age, maybe 15 or so, with beautiful blond hair and ocean blue eyes. "Your, your name..." Ether was asking for the girl's name, so he could thank her. "It's Annabelle. My brother is James. And my mother's name is Elizabeth." says Annabelle, explaining her family's tree. "Th-thank you. I hope it wasn't too much trouble, but I need to get going..." Ether says. As he was getting up, he was automatically sit down by Annabelle.

"Woah there, I hope you don't plan on running off so soon. Your head must be killing you. Here, let me get you some food so you can eat." Annabelle was about to go and get him some food, until Ether stops her in her tracks, grabbing her by the arm. "H-hold on. I'll be just fine without food. I thank you for your hospitality, but I NEED to get going." Ether and Annabelle both hear his stomach growl. "Ok, maybe I could stay for a little longer..." Annabelle laughs.

As they both go out into the kitchen, Ether takes a seat at the table. "Refined...." He says in a low voice. "What was that?" Asks Annabelle. "Nothing, nothing at all." replies Ether. "I was just wondering about how nice this stuff looks." "Oh, these? Yeah, they're pretty old, haha. Maybe about a couple years." Annabelle says. At that time, Ether began to hear some voices within his head, telling him about the years to come, and what he will do next. But for now, as Annabelle was bringing back the Legendary Poyo Dish, a grand dish made by an animal that can only be found in Sunlight Forest during a certain time every few years. "Umm.. What is this? It smells..." Ether sniffs the aroma. "Delicious." Annabelle takes a seat in front of Ether. "I would hope so, these things aren't easy to come by." She says, taking a bite of the grand dish. "Leave now, or forever face the consequences..." The voice in Ether's head was louder now, and clearer to hear. "Wh-who's there?" Ether got up quickly, looking around in fear, trying to find out where the voice was coming from.

"Is everything alright, Ether?" Annabelle asks, trying to sit Ether down. "You mean, you don't hear them...?" Ether begins to try to calm down, sitting back down. "There were... voices..." "What kind of voices? You have to talk to me, or else I can't help." Someone walks into the room. A large, shadowy figure. "What's with all the ruckus?" "Mom! Ether isn't doing so well..." Annabelle's mother looks at him. "I'm guessing that's this boy's name?" Ether regains his self. "Yes ma'am, that would be my name. And yours would be...?" Ether asks, trying not to sound rude. "Elizabeth. People around here call me Lizzy, for short." She puts out her hand, expecting him to shake. "Nice to meet you." Ether shakes her hand. "You're free to stay as long as you like. Just don't cause any trouble, ya hear?" Ether laughs a little. "Hey! That's the first time you even smiled since you got here! Normally, people smile all the time when they talk to each other." Annabelle points out. "Yeah, I guess I did..." Ether starts to look at his hands. "So, this is what humans hands look like." "What was that, hun, you'll need to speak up." Lizzy asks what's up with Ether, but he brushes her away. "I'm fine. Its been a while since I've even given being human a thought. I used to be an Angel,  but I was exiled." Ether starts to explain a bit about himself. Not even he himself knows why he's here, on Pandora. Lizzy went ahead and told Ether to take a shower. "Annabelle, go and help Ether set up the bath. You can try and borrow some of mine or Anna's clothes until yours dry off." Ether is reluctant at first, but then Anna reassures him that its alright with her.

And then it was a while before Ether heard the voices again...
