Katherine's POV
Sometimes words were kept for only one person to know, the person keeping it. Strange enough, we all push away anyone who can unlock those special words. I have a specialty on that. And many more.
"Kat, what's up?", Calum said as he opened the door to see what I was doing.
Calum is my best friend, we have never been apart ever since we met each other. I knew how his mind worked, he knew how my mind worked, vice-versa. It was nice to have someone by your side. My night and shining armor.
"Can't a girl have some time alone." I spit back, annoyed that he interrupted, my thoughts. "Seriously, why can't I read a book."
"First of all, you don't even have a book with you right now. And second, I texted you about 10 times to get your ass moving."
"My phone is on my desk and my butt is on the bed, so..", I mumbled as I get off the bed to put my shoes on.
