My name is Dylan Robertson. I am 15 years old and I live in Salem, Virginia. My dad works as an investigator and my mom works as a CNN reporter. My dad pretty much supports my mom's entire job. He can give her insider information to make her stories amazing. Because my parents have important jobs, they work a lot of hours. They work from 9:00am-6:00pm on an ordinary day. Because of this, I am at home with my 6 brothers a lot. I have 3 older brothers and 3 younger. My two older brothers are twins. Their names are Mike and Ike. I'm not kidding. Yes, yes, like the candy. My other older brother (the closest to my age) is 16 years old, his name is Jake. My brother younger than me is Caleb (12 years old), the one younger than Caleb is Beckam (9 years old), and the one younger than Beckam is Luke (7 years old). My older brothers and I take care of our younger siblings. I am the only girl in the family other than my mom. If you thought I was a guy at first I don't blame you. Dylan is a unisex name. (Guys and girls can have it).
My social life is pretty dull. I'm not popular but not an outcast. I'm that one kid in the back round watching the popular kids completely rule the outcasts. I've never been late to a class, fail an assignment (except for choir) , or sluff. I guess I'd fit into the nerd section of school. I have 2 friends. Abigail Smith and Jaqy Schultz. We are the three "misfit toys" of Salem high school. We have all been friends since the 4th grade and we don't plan on separating 'till we are dead.
My life is pretty normal. Normal meaning nothing exciting happening. My brothers annoy me 24/7 but, that my friend, is normal for me. Mike and Ike are always getting in trouble. They are always suspended from school or I'd hear their names on the intercom, "Mike and Ike Robertson get down to the office immediately!" They called them twice a week. They use the intercom because they can't find them and have to call for them no matter who is listening. The only thing exciting about my life was listening to their stories... that was until the case of Alex Romlen occurred.
