Chapter 3:Computer Bug

We all turned our heads to see William being controlled by Xana.

"He's here for Dawn." I said moving in front of her.

"No he's here to save me..." She stated and moved past me. "You think this will make me forgive you? It won't, so before you even think it will just know I can never forgive you." She said determined. Xana just simply walked over and touched her necklace. She started virtualizing and we all knew something bad was about happen.

"To the factory now." Jeremy yelled and we opened up the sewer tunnel and started climbing down the ladder, however Xana William wasn't far behind. He really didn't want us around. Ulrich stopped and looked back at us.

"The rest of you go and find Dawn. I'll stay here and hold off pretty boy." We nodded and started running away from the fighting boys.

Once we finally were in the factory we swung down on the ropes in front of the elevator.

"You all head to the scanners I'll try to locate Dawn." Jeremy said getting off on the lab's floor. By the time we got into the scanners Jeremy told us Dawn was located in the Ice Sector.

"Scanner Odd, Scanner Yumi, Scanner Aelita. Transfer Odd, Transfer Yumi, Transfer Aelita. Virtualization." When we appeared on Lyoko I could the Scyphozoa heading in the direction Jeremy had told us Dawn was.

"Let's go, we can't let that thing get to Dawn before us." Yumi stated and our vehicles appeared before us.

"Thanks Jeremy." Aelita said and jumped on the back of Yumi's over-wing. I flipped on to my over-board and started chasing after the octopus.

"Odd, don't shoot it, I want to know why it's going after Dawn if Xana clearly wants her alive." Jeremy said and it took everything in my power not to blast that stupid octopus out of the sky, Jeremy was right. Something wasn't adding up here. Why would the Scyphozoa go after her if Xana wanted to keep her alive. And what I still didn't understand was why on earth she had said she was never going to forgive Xana, did she know him deeper than she had let on before? Or was something going on between the two of them long before we all came into the picture?

"Odd, look!" Aelita pointed and I saw Dawn laying on the ground unconscious. But the Scyphozoa hadn't reached her yet, so why was she unconscious?

The Scyphozoa wrapped it's tentacles around her body and lifted her into the air, but it didn't try to take her memory. It simply started to carry her away from us. Finally we saw it going over the digital sea and started to head down.

"Jeremy!" I yelled out and he told us to shoot the Scyphozoa down.

Yumi threw one of her fans as I shoot three laser arrows at the creature and it let go of Dawn, causing her to start falling towards the digital sea.

"I'm coming for you, Princess." I dived down and right before she went into the water I grabbed her. Her eyes started to open slowly.

"Odd?" I smiled down at her as I reached land again.

"Welcome back to reality, Princess." She smiled gently up at me and then looked over at Yumi and Aelita.

"I honestly don't remember how I got on to Lyoko. Would someone care to explain to me what happened?" She asked confused.

"Well I guess I'm a little late to the party." Ulrich stated appearing beside Yumi.

"Just a little." Aelita said giggling.

"But why on earth would the Scyphozoa try to take her into the digital sea?" Yumi asked and Dawn seemed to freeze.

"The Replicas..." Her body shook with what I thought was fear.
