The video

"Is it recording"? Amberlee asked Dan as he was setting up the lights, "No not yet" he replied. Alright in three, two, one, action! Dan yelled as Amberlee started talking into the camera about how much she liked Peter Anderson. She was planning on showing him the video at school. Amberlee tried many different ways to tell him like make a song, Post it on his Facebook wall, Tell him in person but she always backed out at the last minute. But she promised Dan and herself that she was going to give him the video.

Luckily she didn't have to give him the video right away, Because it was Friday night which meant she had all weekend to brace herself. When they finished recording the video, Dan headed home and Amberlee went downstairs and made some popcorn, Then she sat on the couch and watched some of her favourite chick flicks as she slowly fell asleep.

The next day Amberlee awoke to the sound of her alarm clock on her phone. She grabbed the phone and turned the annoying beeping sound off, And went on her social media. As she was looking on Instagram Amberlee noticed a picture of Peter and a girl. She quickly read the captions and it said "new girlfriend". All Amberlee could say was "no more video". Then she grabbed her phone and deleted the video.

Amberlee then got a message from a unknown number saying "hi I'm Penelope I know you from school". Amberlee replied with "oh yes your in the same science class as me". Dring dring went Amberlee's phone. She quickly answered, it was Penelope they talked over the phone for hours, When they were done they had made plans for the next three weekends. And Amberlee was grinning from ear to ear.

"I am so excited". Amberlee said to Dan over the phone, As she was getting ready to meet Penelope for lunch."oh no I'm gonna be late, I have to go"! Amberlee rushed out the door and got in a cab. She got to "Wine & Dine" a little late but there was still time. When she got inside, She scanned the room for a girl holding a sign with Penelope written on it. When Amberlee found the sign and saw who was holding it her jaw dropped.

It was peters girlfriend! Amberlee froze so many thoughts were rushing through her head, Like do I leave or do I stay, Do I be mean do I be nice. After a few minutes of debating she decided to go over and play it cool. Amberlee sat down and said "hi". Penelope placed the sign on the ground and replied with "hey". For a little while things were great they just talked about life, But then Peter showed up!

"I'm gonna go to the little girls room". Amberlee said as Peter kissed Penelope. She got up and ran to the bathroom. When she got inside a stall, She sat down and started to cry . After a few minutes, Amberlee got out of the bathroom stall and looked in the mirror, Her eyeliner was surprisingly still perfect! She went out of the bathroom and headed back to the table. But when she looked at the table the only person there was Peter.
