I wake up lying in a field of flowers. The sky is a bright blue and there aren't any clouds to be seen for miles. I don't know where I am. I prop myself up with my elbow.
The field of flowers stretches for miles and miles. Poppies, my favorite flower. I take a few steps forward but stop when I hear frantic chattering. "Stop talking she'll here us!"
"You two are such wimps! Just talk to her!"
"Then why don't you do it!?"
"Fine! I will!"
The poppies to my left rustle a little bit before a little fairy flys out of one of the flowers and towards my face. I jump back a little bit. "Hello?" I say.
"A human!" The fairy cries. "Are you a real human!?"
"I...... Think so." I slowly say.
"Lilly! Jua! Come here!" The fairy yells.
Two more fairies fly out of the poppy and towards me. The fairy that talked to me first has blonde hair and her bangs are purple. Her wings have a tint of purple making the swirl patterns on her wings stand out. She wears what looks like a poppy as a dress that goes to her knees and a pair of red flats.
"Ava," A fairy with blue hair says. "Is she nice?"
"She hasn't attacked me yet." Ava says.
"That doesn't mean anything!" The other fairy says. She has brown hair and the tips of her hair were orange.
"I'm not going to hurt any of you." I say twirling my hair.
"See." Ava says. "Jua you need to stop worrying about everything!"
Jua, the fairy with brown hair, twirls the ends of her dress and looks down. "Sorry."
"Ava you need to stop being so bossy!" Lilly says as she places her hands on her hips.
"Um.... I don't know where I am. Do you guys know where the nearest town is?" I ask.
Jua looks up at me and says: "Not very far, but we could get you there in a few seconds."
"Really!? How?" I ask.
The three fairies look at each other and smile. They all start to spin around me while purple, orange, and blue dust flies all around me. The dust surrounds me in a circular manner and covers everything that was five feet in front of me.
When the dust vanishes the fairies fly next to me and smile. "Welcome to Mayville!"
