Author's Note: The picture is Bella, and just so you know you will learn Bella's past and abilities with the gang so don't ask about it...and she is 12, okay. Also this is my first story so don't read my story with high expectations, and my character is largely based off of Killua and Haruhi from Ouran with myself throw in there.

Author-chan's POV
A rather short girl walked through the village of Whale Island. She had long, scruffy black hair that transitions to white, very fair skin, and wore a navy jacket with a snowboarding mask, navy turtleneck, black t-shirt, baggy black pants, black and navy boots, black headphones, with a black cloak and a black and navy backpack on top off it all. Inside the backpack contained extra clothes, computer, food, CHOCOLATE!!!, iPod, sketchbook, pencil/pens, more poisons, and money. Under her cloak she carried a katana, throwing knives, four daggers, and poisons (katana's on her back, throwing knives and poison on her belt,one dagger up each sleeve, and one dagger in each boot [Just to help you visualize it.^.^])
As she walks through the village she hears cheers and shouts saying things like, "It's huge!" "Is that the Lord of the Lake?" "It's been twenty years!" "I know! It was Gon's father last time, right?" Who is this "Gon" fellow and what is the Lord of the Lake? the ravenette calmly thought to herself as she walked towards the voices.
Once she found the source of the voices she was a little surprised when she saw a large, blue fish with four pairs of legs. What the hell? She thought as she observed the fish. She hear the footsteps of someone coming closer to her, as she turned around the footsteps stopped.
"Mito-san!" A boy called to a older woman. She had fair skin, hazel eyes and orange, shoulder-length hair. She wears a red, long-sleeved blouse that partly exposes her collarbones over a long cream-colored dress. I look at him closer and see that he is a young boy with long spiky black green tipped hair and large, hazel brown eyes. His outfit is composed of a green jacket with reddish edges covering a white tank top underneath, green short shorts, and green, laced boots. "I caught the Lord, as promised... So I can take the Hunter Exam, right? Right?" His question was just followed by silence. "I'll do my best. I promise to become a Hunter!" he said as he took her silence as a 'yes.'
Hunter Exam? I wonder why he was so excited to take it? She thought as she look at he retreating figure. Sounds cool enough. I think I'll take the challenge!
Unknowing to her this was the start to a wonderful adventure!
