Being Autism
Is not what it seems
It gives me knowledge
To see and what can really be.
Being Autism
Is not that easy to understand
It leaves others
Completely confused
In this lonely land.
Being Autism
Gives me the ability to strive
In all walks of life.
Being Autism
Doesn't make me different
From the rest of the world
Being Autism
Makes me who I am
In this world today.
Being Autism
Was not a choice
It was a gift from God.
If it wasn't for God
I wouldn't be human at all.
I just pray
That everyone
Can understand me someday.
Being Autism
Is my name
I'm just blessed
That others haven't gone insane
Just because autism
Will always be my
Life long name.

Scatters the brain
Some can't understand
So they sometimes
Go insane
When you dig deep
Into a person's life
With autism
Those puzzle pieces
Will eventually come alive
Not just for those with autism
But also for those who are
Always willing to try
That's the beauty part
