I have a certain way of drawing the hair if you want to learn how to draw the hair, put it in the comments and I create a page for the hair.

First... Draw the hair, add a few spikes on the hair to show that her hair is a little messy.

Second... I draw a line from the edge of her hair on the inside all the way to the other side. Do it a little higher than the end of the hair so it looks like her hair is lower than her chin. OBVIOUSLY (eh)

THIRD... For the right eye Is a big backwards C and the left eye is a big C and the nose is a sideways v. For the eyes, if you want her to look a certain direction, it depends on the the eye size. If she went to look left, the right eye would be bigger than the left.

Fourth... Add a smile or a frown whatever expression you want her to have.

Fifth... Add a neck with a upsidedown c connecting the two lines.

Sixth... Do a three on the side and a backwards three to the other side. Make it look like a cowl neck. Then put a strait line tilted to the left and right a bit for the arms. And add a second pair of lines inside for the whole arm to show. Put some stripes on the shirt too.
