Another week had gone by since their arrival back from the Holidays and the situation between Danielle and Malfoy still hadn’t cleared. Draco continued to keep his distance from her to his best ability possible. It had proved to him that it was harder than he thought, he feeling as stressed as ever working on the cabinet the feeling had gotten him overwhelmed. He felt as if the weight of the world was proudly perched upon his shoulders. When he walked the corridors of Hogwarts he would notice the amount of happiness in everyone’s lives; he felt it quiet hard to relate to them, the only one that made him feel happy was Danielle. But, she wasn’t an option; he had to stay away for their greater good.
Danielle on his mind was what made the scenario worse of all. The one person he wanted to be around he stay away from. Spacing himself from Danielle was a challenge for him to overcome which was why he felt so relentlessly tired. He felt that the easiest way to keep his distance from her was not even allow him near her at all. Though, whenever he saw her he longed to talk to her, to touch her, to kiss her soft pink lips, but no, he couldn’t, he wasn’t allowed. He had to stay focused she was distracting him from his mission. He wanted to feel better through this rough patch but Danielle was the one that made him feel better.
When they argued with each other Draco loved it. He loved it when he made her angry, when she was angry with him. Yes, it made him felt better though it was odd. When a few days ago Danielle tried to approach him he felt a longing to talk back to her, to hold her, to… but he couldn’t. Why couldn’t he? He wanted her. Was that too much to ask?

Danielle headed up the stairs to the Astrometry Tower. She had been feeling cooped up lately and wanted to get away from the Drama that had slowly been unfolding before her. Her friendship with Hermione began to strengthen through Lavender and Ron’s relationship. Harry and her had been able to bond together as he helped him with his struggle to befriend Slughorn. Destiny and her had been drifting apart slightly; she had her friendship struggles with other fellow house members whom Danielle wasn’t comfortable with. All an all things began to grow upon her as the weeks progressed. Draco Malfoy however was another Story.
He had been avoiding her like she was some dreadful disease out to kill. This was beginning to piss her off. In her opinion Malfoy was acting pathetic. The way he would just get up and leave from her in an instant made Danielle feel livid. Though she knew that a microscopic part of her actually missed being around him. She tried denying it as best she could bit no, she knew that deep down the truth about Draco Malfoy and her was still there.
As Danielle approached the tower some of her uneasiness slowly started to melt away from her conscious. When walked to the tower she instantly felt the cold winter wind whisk across her soft face. She felt as if the all of her problems had been lifted right off of her hands. As she stared down below she couldn’t help but notice platinum blonde hair bob out of the ground below. Danielle didn’t pay much attention to this, she felt as if wherever she went she would see Malfoy everywhere so she tented not to take much note of this.
As another cool breeze whipped by Danielle’s brown hair flew back behind her. Her eyes began to sting from the cold, though she was still very much inside the castle at the same time. Minuets had gone by since Danielle arrived when she heard the door to the tower creek open. Turning around she saw Malfoy. He stared at her aware of her presence and then scowled loudly and glared at her.
“I’m leaving.” He accounted after a few moments of a hushed silence. He turned around and was about to leave until Danielle made her approach on him.
“Hey!” She shouted after him irately, “What the hell is your problem?” She asked as Malfoy began to stop in his pace.
“I don’t have a hell of a problem.” He responded harshly glancing a bit over his shoulder.
