I sit down on my leather sofa. Maybe Clarisse was right. No, I thought. Clarisse is never right. After hearing her talk about Nyx's uprising, I was almost ready to believe her. Almost. I had met Nyx before, while I was in tartaurus, and she wasn't too pleasant. Annabeth and I only escaped because her sons were total idiots.  I decided to head to camp, only because Annabeth was there, and I knew since she was a daughter of Athena, she is just about smart as a kid with Dyslexia can get.

When I reached the camp, all I saw was chaos. The Nemesis cabin was half-on-fire, maybe because it was next to the Hades one.  A Nereid was trying to wash the cabin, but the Nemesis kids were screaming for her not to, or they will get revenge. Two of the Ares kids were trying to kill a rattlesnake, although one of them got bitten and started convulsing. I ran over to the kid who got bitten and fed him some Ambrosia, and then I willed a wave to douse the Nemesis cabin. They started screaming and crying, and I felt sorry for them. After most of the problems were gone, I spotted Tyson by the lake. When he saw me, he bear tackled me, and I felt like my ribs were going to die.

"Percy!" he said.

I was still suffocating from his grip, so my reply sounded like "heigh bug gui" He let go of me, and told me that Bessie the Ophitaurus was missing. I just stared at him. If one were to sacrifice Bessie, then they would have the power to overthrow Olympus. I realized something. If Nyx got ahold of Bessie, then she would be too powerful for anyone to contain. We needed to save Bessie, and quick. Immediately I went to the big house to search for Chiron, but I didn't find him. I searched the whole camp, and I didn't find him. I told Annabeth, and she started worrying about him too.

I searched for the remainder of the day, but he was nowhere to be seen. I laid down in one of the cots, and Piper asked me what was wrong. I told him that Chiron was missing. She told me that he probably just went on some strangely specific quest, but I didn't think so.

That night I had a vivid dream. It was Chiron, along with the gods, tied using Celestial Bronze Chains, and they were asleep. I recognized Hypnos, the god of sleep, standing above them. I realized that they were sailing on a flying ship. The Argus II. The realization came immediately. I wondered what Leo would've said. He probably had some tracker, so I wasn't worried about that. But then I saw something. A woman walked up to them and said something I couldn't make out. But I knew the voice, all right.

The voice was Nyx's voice.
